These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase or appointment made through it. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Products & Orders
Sale items shown on this site are ready-to-ship and sold as-is. Bridal, trousseau, and made-to-order pieces are typically arranged through an appointment and may involve custom fitting, fabric selection, or alteration timelines discussed directly with us.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Georgia sales tax is calculated at checkout from the address the order is delivered to, or, for orders collected in person, from the location of our studio. Orders delivered outside Georgia are not charged sales tax. Shipping and handling is taxed at the same rate as the goods where tax applies. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without notice.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Square. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the total amount shown, including tax.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, custom, or made-to-order, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of purchase. Pieces ship as-is, with no alterations included, and each is available in a single size only. We encourage you to check the size guide and to contact us with any question about fit, fabric, or colour before you buy. If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Shipping & Collection
We ship within the United States only. Shipping and handling is a flat $9.99 per order for delivery within Georgia and $14.99 elsewhere in the United States, however many pieces the order contains. Orders containing a bridal piece ship at a flat $40.00 anywhere in the United States, because bridal pieces are bulkier and far more valuable to send; that $40.00 is charged once per order, in place of the standard fee rather than in addition to it, even where the order also contains other pieces.
Standard orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically spend a further 3–5 business days in transit. Rush delivery can be added at checkout for $15.00, which brings dispatch down to the next business day and moves the order to an expedited courier service, typically 1–2 business days in transit — around 2–3 business days in total. All timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.
You may instead choose to collect your order from our Atlanta studio at no charge. Collected orders are ready within 1–2 business days, and we will contact you to arrange a time.
Once a package has left our hands we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If you are ordering for a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.
Appointments
Appointment scheduling is subject to availability. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
