Shipping Timeline

We ship within the United States only — we're unable to ship internationally at this time. Shipping & handling is $9.99 per order for deliveries within Georgia and $14.99 elsewhere in the US, however many pieces the order contains. Bridal pieces ship at a flat $40.00 anywhere in the US, because they are bulkier and far more valuable to send; an order containing a bridal piece pays that $40.00 once, in place of the standard fee rather than on top of it. Rush delivery can be added at checkout for a further $15.00, which speeds up both our handling and the courier leg. Here's what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your piece arrives:

• 1–3 business days — time before your order ships. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged by hand before it leaves us.
• 3–5 business days — typical transit time once your order has shipped.
• Bridal pieces, $40.00 flat — anywhere in the US. Charged once per order, even if the order also contains other pieces.
• Studio pickup, free — choose it at checkout instead of delivery. Your piece is ready to collect from our Atlanta studio within 1–2 business days; we'll email you the address and arrange a time.
• Rush delivery, +$15.00 — optional at checkout. Covers both stages: we dispatch the next business day instead of within 1–3, and send your order by an expedited courier service, typically 1–2 business days in transit instead of 3–5. Around 2–3 business days in total.

Taken together, most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of checkout — about a week and a half at the outside.

Ordering for a Specific Date

If you're buying for a wedding, a festival or any fixed date, tell us the date before you order. We can often ship sooner than the standard window, and where a faster courier service is needed we'll quote it to you before you buy rather than after.

Because all sales are final, we would far rather answer this question up front than have a piece arrive too late to wear. Use the "Ask a Question" link on any piece, or our contact form, and we'll come back to you with an honest answer.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final on every item sold through Anokhi Ada. Because each piece is a single, unique item — sourced directly from designers in India and never restocked — we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed.

We encourage you to review each product's photos and description carefully, or reach out to us with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric before purchasing.
